[2 Mins Simple Korean Food Recipe : Chicken Noodle ; Knife Noodle 닭 칼국수]

Kal Guksu is very common food in Korea, especially in winter season.
Kal means Knife in Korean, Guksu means Noodles. So it actually means 'Noodles made
with Knife.' because they slice the noodle with knife.

Most common Kal guksu is seafood soup base. But in some area, they use chicken
or beef to make soup base.

Few years ago, when my wife visited me in Korea, we were finding food to warm ourselves. In shinchon, back street of Yonsei University we found very small but cozy restaurant where owned by one grandma. It's my wife's first time trying Korean Chicken noodle soup and she fell in love with it.

Last Friday I made similar (might not perfect but good enough) chicken noodle soup, and it was easy.
